I also have interest in journeying with individuals who are seeking personal and spiritual growth, especially women who are dealing with any changes they may be facing in their lives. My own life experiences and lessons have enhanced my work in assisting others with the challenges in their own lives.

As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, I am licensed through the Iowa Department of Public Health. For verification and confirmation of my credentials, you are encouraged to visit their website. As required by Iowa law, these credentials must be renewed and remain current through continuing education. I am also a member of the National Association of Social Workers and have an advanced certification in palliative care and hospice.

I love spending time with my family, being a mom and a Nana. I also enjoy spending time with friends, going on mission trips, traveling, gardening, reading and walking. I have been involved in a variety of volunteer opportunities within my church as well as Habitat for Humanity, Agape Pregnancy Center and other community programs. My faith and my daily conscious contact with God through reading, prayer, nature walks and meditation is my source of strength, direction and comfort.
